I am a final year student of BBA. Is it necessary for me to give CPT and IPCC exams or can I apply directly?

No, you can directly enroll for CA-IPCC right after your graduation. It has been made effective from April 2012. CPT is exempted for graduates. For more details, visit the website of ICAI.
