I am a final year student of electrical engineering. How can I prepare for Masters in electrical engineering?

You are advised to prepare well and appear for GATE to do M.Tech in prestigious engineering institutes such as IITs and NITs. If you are not confident on clearing and cracking GATE by self-preparations then you may take GATE coaching.

You can refer to the topics in your stream included in GATE exam. You can practice more from Made Easy, Career Launcher and other coaching institute materials. You need to take tests to get the experience of exam.
