I am a first-year B.Tech student. I am studying in Pune. Can I change my college and move to Mumbai? If yes, what is the procedure?

    Yes off course, you can change the college in first year, but you will have lots of struggle including filling of different forms and lot more.

    Hello Manish,
    Frankly speaking, this thinking of changing college between Pune to Mumbai is only an Utopia. There are many impediments in such transfers. The equivalent of course under two universities, availability of vacancy in your intended college, willingness of your present college to let you go and many more. For all practical purposes it's not possible to shift college after you have paid the fees and got the admission. I feel best choice for you would be to accept the hardship and continue in the same college and complete your education. Best wishes to you.
