I am a first year MCA (Management) student from Pune University. I am interesting in teaching so what should i do after MCA?

Shams@ hi Ashraf,
If U are interest in teaching profession,then U have to qualify for NET or SET exams to start
your career as a lecturer in colleges or universities.
You have chances to get high designation posts after acquiring experience and qualifying the departmental tests.

Apply for NET exam (National Eligibility Test) and once you clear it then you will be eligible for Lecturer's job anywhere in India.

Just with MCA you can get a job as a lecturer but will be on temporary basis without the pay scale as per UGC. To get the permanent job with UGC pay scale you have to clear NET examination.
