i am a food technologist,can i apply for these courses...urmila

i graduated in food science.my degree is B.TECH(food science). i didn't adopt any IT course.right now i am doing a job.i want to do a course of office administrator. I am only familiar with the MS-CIT & basics of computers which was held in my college.So my question is that whether i am applicable?f
