I am a general (EWS) student. I got 70 marks in Mains 2018. Can I get civil engineering in any of the NITs?

Yes, you can easily get admission in NIT College with this score. But, you should try for the other good college like SPA Ahmedabad, NID and other private colleges as your score is quite good.
