Admission to IITs is primarily based on the JEE Advanced rank which you can take if you qualify in the JEE Mains. The percentile score in JEE Mains determines your eligibility to appear for JEE Advanced. To get into IITs you need to clear the JEE Advanced with a good rank. With your 85.3 percentile
