Hi Tania,
Definitely a birthmark will not be a barrier for a successful career in Banking or any other career field. For most of the disciplines, it is your knowledge, confidence in yourself and your overall personality that are the major criteria of concern.
Although there are some fields where one's appearance may take a lead but those are more related to the fields in Media and Entertainment.

Hi Tania, the marks on the face or any disability which doesn't hamper your ability to work would not usually affect your job prospects although it does matter for some front desk jobs where face value is taken into account. So try for back office jobs for better prospects. Also, you can look at careers which depend more on your skills and talents than your presentability. Wish you the best for your career.
