I am a good student but due to some problem my 12th score is just 62.8%. Should I drop for JEE, improv. exam or take any Bangalore college?

Don't drop a year. Either go for the improvement exam or take admission. It is only advisable to those to drop an year who have to improve there ranks. Moreover, Bangalore has some of the very good colleges. Try out your luck in the counselling process.
