    B.Ed or Bachelors in education in any stream can be done either after graduation in the particular stream one wish to pursue B.Ed or after BEL. Ed. The eligibility conditions for the B.Ed programme are different and determined on the basis of several factors by the university or college you wish to apply. Since you have scored 67% marks in graduation, you are eligible to appear for entrance exams wherever applicable or to get admission in the university. To get admission in B.Ed general category candidate must have 50% in graduation or 50% in post graduation and SC/ST candidate must have 45% in graduation or in post graduation. So, yes
