I am a government employee with 44% in BA and MA. Am I eligible for B.Ed?

Hi,
At least 50% marks either in the Bachelor's Degree and /or in the Master's Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Commerce/Humanity. Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science & Mathematics with 55% marks.
So, you are not eligible for B.Ed from IGNOU.

Although, your percentage is less but for government teachers, some relaxation is there.
