    Dear aspirant, There are some private colleges where they don't insist on attendance. But you are a government employee and tomorrow after completing the course a question may come how you have done the full-time course while working in a government organisation and unnecessary complications may arise out of it. LL.B. Course which is done through distance mode or part-time mode is not recognised by BCI and you can not practice as a lawyer after completing the course. But there are universities offering LL.B. Course by distance mode and part-time course. Degrees obtained from these institutes are not suitable for practising the law prof
