i am a govt.official,drawing a salary of 27000Rs after 20 years experience.should i persue for some private/corporate job?
sincerity doesnt pay in govt.sector.

The most important factor in any job is the job satisfaction.If the job gives you a certain amount of contentment and personal growth you must continue.On the other hand if the job does not allow you to grow better to look for something else.Smruti, with your experience you can get in to a good job

You have not informed about your qualification and subject on which you have developed your your expertize. If it is Accounts , you are to do some course on application software , if you are a science graduate, you are to decide the field and do some course in application software. Apply according

As you have asked this question, it means that you may have some dissatisfaction with your job. There could be one reason that after having served for 20 years, one may feel that one has reached upto 25000 or 30000 per month only. Of course, there may be some comparison between Govt and Private jobs

according to my opinion you should try to get private and corporate job. there is no difference between gov. and private sector. you can earn more money in private sector than gov. sector because you have good experience..
