i am a gpat qualified student.is there any way to apply for phd on gpat card?if yes,how much scholarship i wiil get?fresh card is required?

i have qualified gpat in 2011,i am dong mparm right now and want to join phd programe in 2013 on comletion of my masters,so i want to know is there any way to join phd on gpat scorecard?if yes how much scholarship i will get?i can apply on this card or i have to qualifiy gpat 2012?tell me please.
