I am a graduate from a non UGC recog. institute. I passed my 12th in 2007 with 90% in PCM. I want to do regular graduation. What to do?

I was the topper there but the degree didn't help me at all. I want to join a regular graduate programme in maths from DU. I want a proper graduate degree. I want colleges like LSR/ ST. Stephens etc.

There is centralized application system in DU. Forms will be available on the official website. For Stephen's there is separate form which is on the official website for this academic year. DU has not released any form till now in my knowledge.
