I am a graduate in B.Com with finance and taxation. I would like to study my Masters of finance in Germany. Is it necessary to study German?

Not exactly necessary, but as you can think of, it would be difficult for you to get equipped with the basic knowledge of your own course. So, I will suggest you to learn German for your own enhancement. And, so that you can easily be placed in any of the firms of Germany easily.
