I am a graduate in BA from distance education with 61%. Can I get a chance to sit in CAT exams?

Yes, you can sit for CAT. Since you are an Arts Graduate, it would be better, if you join coaching classes for CAT preparation, and try and take a lot of mock tests to sharpen your skills in the various subjects on which questions are asked at CAT. For CAT exam, you need Bachelor degree with minimum 50% from UGC recognised University so first check your passout university or colleges is approved by UGC or not.
