    Hi,
    1. If you wish to be a teacher in school, then go for B.ED and crack Teacher Eligibility Test. Eligibility conditions are:
    (a) Bachelor's Degree with 50% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+3 or 11+2+2 pattern, or with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+2 or 11+3 pattern
    (b) Having studied at least two subjects at the bachelor's degree level, to be later taken as school teaching subjects
    2. Else if you aim at being a lecturer, then I would advice you to go for a regular masters degree in a relevant discipline and clear U.G.C NET conducted mainly to recruit research assistants and professors in various streams of education.

You can do a B.Ed course from any renowned university that would qualify you to teach at the high school level. If you want to be a primary school teacher, There are teacher's training courses for that as well wherein child psychology is also taught as you will be dealing with kids of a younger age. If you want to be a high school teacher, I recommend you get a master's degree first. An M.Com should suffice.
