When you have 80% marks and above you will get admission in any foreign universities.
You need to do IELTS because it is to prove your English proficiency.
In this you have to write four papers as Reading, Writing, listening and Speaking.
As this exam is a global one and it is to gauge your level to compare in the global level, it is better for you to take some good coaching and then write the exam. You will be given good scholarships by British council if you take good score of Band 8 and above. If you need coaching through skype you see www.mizpah.in or search for a good coaching center and take coaching and then write the exam.
