I am a graduate student of IT field and want to go for my higher studies in canada. Budget of only 4-5 lakhs - Is there any possibility.
would it be possible for me to go for higher education in canada with the budget of 4-5 lakhs. Are there any fees wavier or scholorship type program for the students who can't afford huge amount but still want to study in abroad.If there is any possibility .please tell me how can I approach it ?

The budget does no seem to support your mission. I suggest that you get some good work experience in India in a reputed company and you might get an official chance to go abroad for some project.
