I am a graduate with 4 yr exp in banking.what is advisible to do full time mba or executive mba.Left my job,what will add value to my career
I am holding 4 years exp post graduation, in banking.Due to stangnacy, and better career growth, want to do mba , even got chance in an insitute.Want to know whether i shuld go for it, or shuld find job and then do executive mba.Will my job exp will add value after in my mba placement?

In my point of view, there is better scope if you pursue full time MBA/PGDM course that too with Finance as an specialization as you have work experience in banking sector it will be advantageous for you. There are many benefits of this course like it helps you enhance leadership skills, an MBA/PGDM
