    As correctly mentioned by SmritiMatra , I would suggest you to take this option and go ahead. However, In India, there are rarely any options available for Medico legal stream as it is mostly considered as Forensics. But it is a fact that the field in itself is a good career option and fast developing one in India as well.

    That is a very good and I guess very lucrative idea, indeed. Medicolegal cases do need experts and you would be the best person for that. Be sure to join one of the op law colleges only.
