The hotels with which you have worked like Oberoi & Hyatt both are having branches in abroad so you can apply to those branches. Although, you have not mentioned your current status that whether you are working with any one of these Hotels or any other Hotel but if you are working with an

Yes you can of course get job abroad for that you should check classified and apply yes you can register yourself online also
