    Hi. Yes you can do the company secretary job now. For that you need to get yourself enrolled with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and clear all the levels so as to get the degree. You can get direct admission to the executive level I. e level 2, assuming that you already have your graduation completed. All the best!

    There is no maximum age limit to apply for company secretary course, so yes you can apply for the same. To be eligible, all you need is to have qualified +2 level of exam in any stream. Being a graduate, you have the advantage of registering directly for the Second stage of the course, which is known as Executive programme, and is followed by the Professional programme. +2 qualified candidates have to enroll for the Foundation programme, which is followed by Executive programme and Professional programme.
