I am a housewife and a mother of 4 yr old son.I want to start a Creche(day care center). Can someone guide me about the same.

I have a work experience of 4 yrs as a HR executive but cant continue a job in order to take care of my son.Do i need to do some course to open a creche.What are the opportunities and risks involved.What would be the approximate budget to start with?I shall highly appreciate if someone can guide me.

I have to come to know from ladies that the first and foremost thing is sincerity itself which makes one run a creche. YOU must be as convincing as possible for parents and prospective customers. For that , start with the cultivation of public relations.
