As you already know Hindi, you now opt for English and a lot of people do need your proficiency in English.Do BA ENGLISH and practice your skills.

depends on wht u want to do wit ur degree. if it is jus for graduation sake there are a bunch of universities offering BA in (eng,eco, pol sc, sociology and many more. once u thru wit ur graduation u can also go for MA in ur concerned subject.
