To begin with after some gap in your career I suggest the following;
1. Contact your previous employers and find out if you can be fitted in their scheme of things as of now.
2. Contact freelancing agencies to find out if you can get to work for them to gain exposure to the work and get back your ex

Hi, You can always look out for the management & finance jobs in the MNCs in IT/any domain. Even you can try as a faculty in any IT training institute. You need to have a management degree for that. It is a normal 8-9 hours job with good pay. Even you can try as a faculty in any IT training institut
