    Hi,
    Well I would suggest you to take up B.ED for better prospects both in terms of designation and salary avenues.
    And further you can plan to pursue masters in one of your specialized subjects followed by PhD in order to further enhance your teaching career. I would suggest you to opt for the subject in which you possess keen interest and passion. I am also sending you link of institutes offering courses in your desired field.
