    Hello,
    You can appear for UGC NET Exam with commerce subject or with an Economics subject. You can choose any subjects of your choice. One thing you should remember that to apply in UGC NET Exam your post-graduation percentage should be completed with more than 55% if you belong to the general category (5% relaxation for other categories).
    Before to start preparation, you have to go through the complete syllabus and exam pattern of UGC NET Commerce. For this, you can follow the link –

    Yes, as a M.Com student, you can select commerce as your subject for UGC NET. The eligibility criteria for UGC NET is a Master's degree or an equivalent degree in the relevant subject or a related discipline with at least 55% marks (50% for reserved category candidates). Since you are pursuing M.Com which is a degree in commerce, you can select commerce as your subject for the UGC NET exam.     Yes, you can select commerce as subject for UGC NET, if you are doing M.Com in commerce field. To attempt for NET exam, you have to score at least 55% aggregate marks in the Masters.

    Hello,
    You can definitely prepare for UGC NET Exam by selecting Commerce. If you have completed the post-graduation in Commerce field and want to make career in lectureship
    You must have post-graduation in the given subject with minimum of 55 % and then go for Preparation of for UGC NET Exam.

    Your degree makes you eligible to opt commerce as the NET subject.
