I am a M.com working as an executive in IDBI bank,what course can I pursue in finance to advance my career in the bank or in BFSI sector?

I am a M.com in accountancy from calcutta university,just joined IDBI bank as an executive,so in order to advance my career in the same bank or in other BFSI companies,what course can I pursue in finance,without leaving my current job to get me into a better position or a better job.

There are two options you can look at. The first one is to pursue distance MBA from a reputed B School. The second option is to gain around five to seven years of work experience and look at doing the one year full time MBA program for working professionals.
