I am a M.Sc.physics candidate. my age is 34. can I now pursue phd and get a job at this age? please advice me in this regard.

I did my msc from annamalai university through distance mode and I got 62.5%. I am very much interested in physics related job. please suggest me the exams which I have to appear and the relevant coaching centres. I presently work in a school so I can only afford to have distance mode course.
