Yes, boys can totally go for B.Sc Nursing. It's not just a girl thing.
Here's what you need:
you should've done PCB + English in 12th
Aim for at least 50–55% marks (some colleges are chill, some are strict)
Admissions happen through entrance exams (like NEET or college-specific tests) or just your 12th
