I am a MBA first year student and want to change my college in 2nd year, so this is possible or not?

It is possible but you may have to pay the fees according to the college's requirements. That can vary according to colleges too. Also, make sure that if you are changing the other college accepts you and that you get a Certificate from your previous college stating that you studied there for 1 year
