I am a MBA (HR) and want to become a corporate trainer. Do I need TTT certification for the same?
I have one and half years of experience as management lecturer.

More than TTT you need to have a strong network, good oratory skills to keep the audience engaged and something unique to offer to compete with already flooded market of corporate trainers. A training in NLP will definitely help.
