I am a MBA(HR) with above 75 % , moreover I am an Ex Navy. What career development courses will be good for me?

MBA (HR) from DE Sikkim Manipal University, After completing 15 years of service retiring from Indian Navy on 31 Jul 2011, BA History from DDE Annamalai University moreover I got Diplomas in Fire & Safety (NISM, Bangalore) and Armament Technology (Cochin University of Science and Technology).

Your MBA qualification in HR field should be sufficient for making a career in private sector Personnel, Admin & HR streams. However, if you did your MBA many years back ,I would suggest you to do MBA again this time with specialization in Operations to have the latest inputs/ theories of managemen
