I am a Mech Engg student, currently into 5thsem, wanting to do my MTech in a top foreing university. what are the criterion for eligibility?

I have an aggregate of 80%, confident of maintaining it above 75% further.I want more information regarding the tests that i have to undertake to get into the top Tech schools in the US and the UK. Also,please give me a gross figure of the fee and also the scholarships that i will be eligible for.

First of all Foreign universities Doesn't provide M.Tech . they provide MS. to get top Universities for doing MS . your GRE Score must be very high . as well as you have to Score very high in TOEFL and your Academic performance and the college or University from you are Passing out is greatly consid
