I am a mechanical engineer. I have done M.Tech. Can I appear for UGC NET?

Tech the variety of Job opportunities are there in Government/PSU as well as private sector. As a M. Tech in mechanical I sure with depth of knowledge you are eligible to appear in UPSC Indian Forest Service Examination, Indian Engineering Services Examination, Public Sector Enterprises Recruitment Board, Reserve Bank Gr. A and B officers examination, State bank PO, examinations conducted through Staff Selection Commission for recruiting Group B. and C officers with good status and lucrative payment and life security like Income Tax Inspectors, Excise Inspectors, Assistant Section Officers in Central Government Job status and the state public service examination to get luminous prospects. Hello Deepika, Yes, you can apply for the NET Examination. The minimum eligibility to apply for the NET Exam is the post-graduation degree from the recognized university. There are UGC NET and CSIR NET exam ( <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://www.eduncle.com/csir-net-exam" style='word-wrap:break-word;'>https://www.eduncle.com/csir-net-exam</a> ) are conducted for the different stream candidates. The Science stream candidates can apply for the CSIR NET Exam for one of the five subjects as follows: Earth Science, Physical Science, Environment Science, Chemical Science and mathematical Science. On the other hand the candidate other than Science stream can apply for the UGC NET Exam for more than 84 subjects. As you have completed the M.Tech you are eligible to apply for the CSIR NET exam. Check the official notification and apply for the subject in which you have completed the post-graduation.
