I am a mechanical engineer in my final year and I got placed in Tech Mahindra. Is it wise to take this opportunity? Will there be growth?

My aggregate so far is 72.6%. I have completed my internship at Toyota when I was in 3rd year. I even have a dream to do my masters in Germany, But after working for an year or two. Please enlighten me with the best nextsteps that I can take. Thankyou !
