Hello,
Since you possess a vast experience in your field of mechanical engineering, you can go for engineering management program which would provide with the managerial inclination into your field.
But, if you wish to pursue MBA, you can specialize in logistics and supply chain management's, operations management, marketing, entrepreneurship can be the most suitable specialization for you.
Besides this, you can choose for technology management, HR, strategic management, finance and so on. -

6 years agoFor that, you need to know what interests you. You have got options like HR, Marketing, Finance, Operations. These are the top main specializations. Other than this, you also have supply chain management, rural management and many more. But, given the fact that you have 11 years of experience, as a Mechanical engineer, I would suggest you for Operations.
Good luck.
