i am a mechanical engineering student if i work for IT company i can able to do MS in advanced mechanical engineering.

As you have completed your undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering, you can surely pursue masters in mechanical engineering and related fields.

Y not, where there is a will, there is a way. U just gather informations about those colleges providing these courses and try to know the elegibility and get ready for that
