I am a mechanical engineering student & want to do MBA after engineering. Which branch should I choose to work in a car company?

It depends on the profile that you wish to work in, i.e marketing, operations, finance, HR, etc. If your aim is to join a car company directly from a B-School, then you can specialize in operations, marketing or HR as these are the roles that such companies usually offer to B-School graduates.
