my overseas consultants are bluffing me.. please help me by providing general & basic information
regarding this tution fee for my profile..

Germany is a country known for its technical advancements and a Masters Mechanical from Germany would be really beneficial for you. For the German universities that you can look for are as follows:
RWTH Aachen University:
Automotive Engineering / Combustion Engines
Esslingen Universit

No University or Country provides free Education. And in 57 % most of the University Strictly not allowed you for MS. and to Get Good University in Germany in MS your GRE Score Must be very high proceding With TOEFL or IELTS . Studying MS in Germany Cost more than 25 - 30 Lakhs.
