I am a mechanical graduate, and want to do MBA but comfused between Operations (less competition but less jobs) or marketing management.

As per your profile you are eligible for both the MBA specialization you mentioned, ie. marketing and operations management.

Both of these jobs can pay you well and there are enough jobs in the market,so, you do not need to worry about the availability of jobs.
But, I would recommend you to study about the both job profiles and scenarios that you will be working on and than decide according to you personalty

Both are good options. It all depends upon your interest and inclination. If you love travelling & interacting with people then opt for Marketing. If you wish to work in an industry on Production & Supply Chain then opt for Operations

If you are a mechanical graduate and want to stay in the buisness with techincal stuff and project management you can go for operations. and who told jobs are less. My dear friend lots of chances are there in the engineering field when you have enough experiance.
