For MBBS into MBBS and BDS courses in India, you have to appear the common entrance examination called NEET. For NEET, you need to qualify 12th with 50% in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

Pass your 12th grade with at least 45-60% marks in subjects physics, chemistry and biology/biotechnology. Then appear for exams of NEET and AIIMS and score according to the cut-off of your category to get admission in any government or private college all over the county.

There are 3 exams - Entrance by AIIMS Entrance Exam for MBBS in AIIMS Entrance by JIPMER for admission there and NEET for all other medical colleges. AIIMS JIPMER conduct their own counsellings.
