For MBBS into MBBS and BDS courses in India, you have to appear the common entrance examination called NEET. For NEET, you need to qualify 12th with 50% in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. -
Pass your 12th grade with at least 45-60% marks in subjects physics, chemistry and biology/biotechnology. Then appear for exams of NEET and AIIMS and score according to the cut-off of your category to get admission in any government or private college all over the county. -
There are 3 exams - Entrance by AIIMS Entrance Exam for MBBS in AIIMS Entrance by JIPMER for admission there and NEET for all other medical colleges. AIIMS JIPMER conduct their own counsellings. Rest of the others have an All India Quota for students to fill 15% of the seats. Counselling round is conducted by the central government. Rest of the states conduct their own counselling for their colleges. The state government. Colleges or seats have the domicile requirements. Private or jointly run colleges may take part in the state government. Counselling but may have different quotas too like NRI, Management, etc.
