    Hi Shefali,
Candidates should have combination of any three subjects among Physics, chemistry, mathematics and biology in class 12 to appear in NEST exam. So you are eligible. There are five sections in the NEST exam. The general section I.e. the first section is compulsory for all. From the rest of the four sections (physics, chemistry, mathematics and biology), you can answer any three of them.

You can't choose B.Tech as you do not have maths but you can go for any medical course by giving NEET exam.

Allotment of seats in LPU NEST-wise counseling will depend on the merit rank of candidates, their eligibility, and the online filling of course and specialisation preferences. The procedure consists of download rank card, filling of preferences for seats, and finally, seat allotment. Seat allotment is done as per the availability and preferences. Candidates will have to confirm the allotted seat after payment of a nominal fee and submission of required documents. The earlier a student is in applying, the better his chances of ending with a favourable seat and scholarship.

hi,

Seats during LPU NEST counselling are allocated based on the candidate's rank, choices filled, and seat availability. After qualifying the exam, candidates must register for counselling, fill in their preferred courses and specializations, and lock their choices. Allocation is done in order of merit—higher-ranked candidates get priority. If the preferred seat is unavailable, the system allots the next best option. Once a seat is allotted, candidates must confirm admission by paying the initial fee within the given deadline. Failure to do so may result in losing the seat, and it gets offered in subsequent counselling rounds.
