I am a non-mathematics student but have physics, chemistry and biology subjects. Am I applicable to write NEST exam?

    Hi Shefali,
    Candidates should have combination of any three subjects among Physics, chemistry, mathematics and biology in class 12 to appear in NEST exam. So you are eligible. There are five sections in the NEST exam. The general section I.e. the first section is compulsory for all. From the rest of the four sections (physics, chemistry, mathematics and biology), you can answer any three of them.

    Yes, you are eligible for the NEST exam as you have to answer either from mathematics or Biology.

    You can't choose B.Tech as you do not have maths but you can go for any medical course by giving NEET exam.
