I am a nursing lecturer and want to know, which one would be good for an administrator job. Just MBA or Masters in hospital administration?

Yes after nursing you can sure do that. However most important is that having become a qualified nurse it would be easy to get quick jobs in public or private hospitals in ANY COUNTRY.
