I am a outside Maharashtra student. Can I get CSE in a good college with 88 percentile in MHTCET 2023 via open category?

If you are not from Maharashtra then it will be difficult to get an admission in a good college because nearly 85% are reserved for the state students and students with more than 95% percentile also face difficulties in getting a good college.
