As a thumb rule, any higher degree would require previous degree certificate for admission purpose. Secondly, after clearing back log, if your degree stands around 70% then only you will have any reasonable chance to get admission in a good college.

Hi,
To pursue MS in Australia, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 65%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
Please make sure all your back logs are cleared before applying for the universities, you will not
