I am a PCB student, and now after passing class 12th with 69% marks, can I opt for BBA or BCA in local degree college?

You can't opt for BCA, as you don't have Maths. But, you can apply for BBA.

It is totally dependent on your interest, if you are interested in computer applications, then you should choose BCA, and if you are interested in business administration, then you should opt for BBA and don't be confused. Choose as per your interest.
