I am a PCB student. Can I do B.Tech CS in any foreign university? I aim to get high packages.
I have a drop year i.e. I have passed class 12th in 2023.

You must have a minimum of 50% in PCB after completing their 10+2 education from an accredited board. Tests of English competence such the TOEFL, IELTS, etc. must be eligible to take the entrance exam in the nation or school of your choice. You can be required by certain universities to take part in an interview.
